3.5 Managing Data
This section describes how to manage data stored on an SD Memory Card or a USB Drive that has
been inserted into the instrument.
The following operations are available:
Formatting the SD Memory Card or USB Drive (p. 139)
Loading les (p. 157)
Moving between folders (p. 161)
Deleting data (p. 162)
Renaming les or folders (p. 163)
Copying data (p. 164)
Sorting les (p. 165)
Updating le information (p. 166)
Switching media (drives)
This section describes how to select the media (SD Memory Card or USB Drive) on which to
perform le operations.
If an SD Memory Card is inserted into the instrument, the screen will display a list of les on the SD
Memory Card.
If a USB Drive is inserted into the instrument, the screen will display a list of les on the USB Drive.

Press the FILE key.
A screen listing the les on the SD Memory Card or USB Drive will be displayed.

Press the FILE key.
Each time you press the FILE key, the display will switch between the SD Memory Card and the
USB Drive.
