6. Check:
Whether the inspection gear drive reverse gap
does surpass the rating, If it does, adjust the
gap and the bolt . If cannot reduce the gap
through the adjustment, instead the drive gear
and spline gear.
WARNING :
Do not use the welding to repair the steerin
g
j
oint.
1NOTE:
When replace the direction machine, cleaning
all the parts, and daub the lithium grease in to
the movement.
CAUTION:
Continue to use the hidden danger Ball pin
may causes the serious accident or the
death.
REINSTALLS THE STEERING SYSTEM
PARTS
1. Connecting the direction machine with four
pieces bolt M10×30 on the frame, then use two
pieces of locknut to connect the direction
machine ball and the rod.

48 Nm (4.8m · kg,35 ft · lb)
Nut M10
40 Nm (4.0m · kg,29 ft · lb)
2. Connecting the steering transmission shaft
and direction machine with one piece of flange
bolt M8×20.
Bolt M8×20
32 Nm (3.2m · kg,23 ft · lb)
3. Connecting the steering transmission shaft
and steering column tube with one piece o
f
flange bolt M8×20,then use four pieces o
f
flange nut M8×16 fix the steering column tube
on the frame.
