Imaging display height-
adjust pedal
Depressing the pedal releases the Imaging display mounting slide to allow
for height adjustment. Release the pedal to lock the slide.

Device driver cord
management plate
Provides safe storage for the device driver cord when moving or storing the
console. Wind the device driver cord clockwise around the device driver
cord management plate.

Footswitch cord
management plate
Provides safe storage for the footswitch and the footswitch cord when
moving or storing the console. Wind the footswitch cord counter-clockwise
around the footswitch management plate.

Display mounting post
Stationary post that the Technologist display is mounted on. The mounting
post also houses and guides the Imaging display mounting slide.

Imaging display

Height-adjustable slide that the Imaging display is mounted on. The slide is
released and locked with the Imaging display height-adjust pedal.

Display tilt-adjust levers
Release the lever to adjust the tilt of the display. Engage the lever to lock the
display into the desired tilt position.

Biopsy needle
Single-use, disposable biopsy needle for acquiring biopsy specimens. Refer
to Biopsy Needle Components on page 28.

Device driver
This electromechanical component is powered by the console. When the
device driver is connected to the biopsy needle, the device driver propels the
rotation and the advancement of the cutting cannula in the biopsy needle.
The device driver also arms and fires the biopsy needle.

Remote control
This in-line, hand-held component allows the physician to arm and fire the
biopsy device. The remote control also provides one of the two methods for
selecting the system mode.

Saline pinch valve
Area to insert the saline tubing to control the flow of saline.

Saline tubing conduit
Slot used to guide the saline tubing toward the saline pinch valve.

Saline bag hook
Hook for hanging the saline bag (250 cc recommended).

Device driver and remote
control connection
Receptacle for the cord for the device driver and remote control. The red
dots align at the top when attached correctly.

Saline tubing
management plate
Wind the saline tubing counterclockwise around the saline tubing
management plate.

Saline tubing notch
Recess in the saline tubing management plate used to guide the saline tubing
from the saline bag and around the saline tubing management plate.
