This push-button control retracts the outer cannula on the biopsy needle. The user
must press and hold the Arm button to arm the needle.
This push-button control advances the inner and outer cannulas by the stroke noted
on the product label. The position and orientation of the introducer determine
whether the needle is in its petite or standard orientation. The user must press and
hold the Fire button to fire the needle.
Green light illuminates when the console is powered on.
Red light illuminates when there is a device driver or biopsy needle issue.
3.4 How to Lock and Unlock a Caster
• To lock a caster, step on the locking lever on the wheel until the lever locks.
• To unlock a caster, lift the locking lever on the wheel to the UP position.
3.5 How to Move the Console
Note
The power cord and footswitch cord wrap on the right side of the console to provide
safe storage of the cords during console movement.

The device driver cord wraps on the left side of the console to provide safe storage of
the cord during console movement.
1. Wrap all cords on the corresponding cord management plates.
2. Make sure all components and cables are in a safe position on the console.
3. Depress the Imaging display height adjust release pedal and push the Imaging
display to slide down to the lowest height. Release the pedal to lock the height.
4. Rotate both the Imaging display and the Technologist display so that they are as
compact as possible.
5. Unlock all the caster locks.
6. Move the console by pushing the console handle.
7. Make sure to lock the casters when the console is at the correct location.
