Problem
Instant recovery of SQL Server databases fails
Action
Restart SQL Server instance services after instant recovery completes. If restarting
services does not automatically start the recovery of all system databases, start the
SQL Server instance in a single-user mode and manually start the recovery of the
master database. Do the same with other system databases. At the end, restart SQL
Server instance services.
