locality-name: Specifies a locality, a case-sensitive string of 1 to 63 characters. No comma can be
included. You can set a city name as the locality.
Examples
# Set Beijing as the locality of the PKI entity en.

[Sysname-pki-entity-en] locality BeiJing

Use organization to set the organization name for a PKI entity.
Use undo organization to remove the configuration.
