This number can be obtained from the territory maintenance analysis (TMA)
report
or
from
the
sales office orders and movements group.
Use
the complete customer mailing address.

the
name (not
the
title)
of
the
person responsible for handling
MTR
correspondence. Print the address of the branch office where
MTR
correspondence
can be directed. This address
is
used for any follow-up required
to
resolve this MTR.

severity codes are used
to
reflect
the
CE's appraisal
of
the
customer's problem. The severity code
is
used
to
determine the priority
in
processing.
Code 1 indicates
that
the
customer
is
unable
to
use
the
microcode
or
that
the
problem results
in
a critical impact
on
his operations.
In
either case, an immediate
solution
is
required. Contact Rochester field support immediately.
The user
is
able
to
use the microcode,
but
the
operation
is
severely restricted.
The user
is
able
to
use the microcode with a limited function
that
is
not
critical
to
the overall operation.
A circumvention has been found. However, the
MTR
is
evaluated and action
is
taken as dictated by
the
problem.
