Description
This parameter defines the base frequency from which the target frequency is adjusted by using the
UP/DOWN key of the operating panel during operation.
If it is set to 0 and the running frequency is 25 Hz, the target frequency will change from 25 Hz at a
certain rate when the UP key is pressed.
If it is set to 1, the target frequency will change from the original target frequency when the UP key is
pressed.
