Axis fault
The cable connecting the AC
drive and the motor is
abnormal.
Check the cable between the AC drive and the motor.
The three-phase outputs of
the AC drive are unbalanced

Check whether the motor three-phase winding is
normal. If not, eliminate the fault.
The drive board or the IGBT
is abnormal.
Contact the technical support personnel.

Lower the ambient temperature.
