Keys, menus, and selection Description
ACV
Press the ACV key.
CONFIG
Press the CONFIG key to display configuration options.
BAND WIDTH
Use ► and keys to select bandwidth. Refer to Bandwidth and
resolution for AC measurements (on page 3-44) for details.
RANGE
Use ► and keys to display additional selections. Refer to Range
selection (on page 3-39) for details.

Press the 2 key.
CONFIG
Press the CONFIG key to display configuration options.
NPLC
Use ► and keys to select resolution adjustment. Refer to
Resolution and integration time (on page 3-41) for information about
the number of power line cycles (NPLC).
RANGE
Use ► and keys to display additional selections. Refer to Range
selection (on page 3-39) for details.
FREQ
Press the FREQ key.
CONFIG
Press the CONFIG key to display configuration options.
PERIOD
Refer to Aperture and resolution for frequency and period
measurements (on page 3-45) for details.
APERTURE
RANGE
Refer to Frequency and period measurements (on page 3-12) for
information about RANGE and INPUT JACK selections.
INPUT JACK
CONT
Press the CONT key.
CONFIG
Press the CONFIG key to display configuration options.
CONT RES
Select CONT RES. Use the ◄ and ►, ▲, and ▼ keys to set the
threshold resistance (1
to 1000
).
TEMP
Press the TEMP key.
CONFIG
Press the CONFIG key to display configuration options.
SENSOR
PT100, D100, F100,
PT385, PT3916
Use ► and keys to select a sensor type. Refer to Temperature
measurement (on page 3-17) for details.
USER
Select to enter coefficient values for RTD user-defined sensor types.
Refer to the documentation supplied by the manufacturer of the
RTD for information about the coefficient values.
R-ZERO, ALPHA,
BETA, DELTA
Select coefficient and enter values. Then use ►and ◄ keys to
select the digit. Then use ▲and ▼ to increase or decrease the
number.
SPRTD
Select to configure the standard platinum RTD (SPRTD) sensor.
Refer to Temperature measurement (on page 3-17) and RTD
coefficients and temperature calculation (on page 3-19) for details.
R-ZERO, A4, B4,
AX, BX, CX, DX
Use ►and ◄ keys to select the digit. Then use ▲and ▼ to increase
or decrease the number.
NTCT
Select to configure a negative temperature coefficient thermistor
(NTCT). Refer to Temperature measurement (on page 3-17) for
details.
A, B, C
Use ►and ◄ keys to select the digit. Then use ▲and ▼ to increase
or decrease the number.
UNITS
Select UNITS to configure the temperature unit type.
C, F, K
Units for temperature measurement (Celsius, Fahrenheit, or Kelvin)
TRANSDUCER
Select transducer. Where: FRTD = 4-wire as the RTD measurement
and RTD = 2-wire as the RTD measurement.
