Alternative control value and setpoint
If the (manual-mode) control value is defined at the control panel or via the analog
input, an alternative (manual-mode) control value can be activated by way of the
time or a digital input. Using this function, it is possible to define a different setpoint
for the night than for the day (setback operation), for example.
NOTE
If a fixed speed is defined via a digital input, an alternative specification for the
(manual-mode) control value cannot be configured.

To switch from the current setpoint or control value to an alternative setpoint or
control value via a digital input, the digital input must be set to "Alternative
Setpoint/Control Value Active" (ðSection8.10.1,Page114) .
If the setpoint or control value is specified or defined via a/the field bus module, the
control point must also be set to Local to activate the alternative setpoint or control
value.
