4-24 ADVANCED OPERATION GUIDE
4 Scanner — This item shows the current File Name, File Format,
Resolution, and Quality mode settings in relation to the scanning
functions.
5 Hardware Setting — Shows the current Sleep Mode and Form Feed
Timeout settings that have been made.
6 Options Status — Shows the options installed on the machine.
7 Memory — This item shows:
• Standard memory in the machine
• Option memory slot status (in kilobytes)
• Total memory in the machine

Network status — Shows TCP/IP, the IP Address, Subnet Mask
address, Default Gateway address, DHCP, AppleTalk, and the
Printer Name for the network interface.
9 Emulation — Shows all available emulations. The PCL6 emulation
is set as default when the machine is shipped from the factory.
10 Total Printed Page/Total Scanned Page — Shows the total number
of prints and scans made.
11 Toner Gauge — Shows the amount of remaining toner.
