3.1 Milking Robot

Operation Area
The minimum areas necessary for operation of the milking robot are:
• Cow side (for the gates): 130 cm (51.2 in)
• Robot arm side (with arm extended): 160 cm (63 in)
• No operation areas are necessary at each end of the milking robot.
3.2 Compressor Unit
Note:
Please refer to the documentation of the Compressor for more information.
The compressor unit must provide oil free compressed air. Lely
recommends one of the following compressor units:
• Atlas Copco SF2 P8-SD6, or
• Atlas Copco SF4 P8-SD6, or
• Atlas Copco SF8 P8-SD6.
