4.3.6.3 Local Rinsing
If a rinsing is only for the milking robot, the following messages are
displayed on the Tab [Process] in the frame Cleaning:
• On the first line:
• The status is: 'Local rinse'.

• The status is: 'Milk cup flush'
• The status is: 'Local rinse'

The teat cup tops are cleaned and the installation is rinsed with cold or
lukewarm water. During this cleaning, the air bleed holes in the teat
cups are rinsed as well. At the end of the rinsing, the long milk tubes are
sucked empty one by one. The water is discharged via the milking robot
discharge system.

During a short rinse of the milk line, the following messages are
displayed on the Tab [Process] in the frame: Cleaning
• On the first line:
• The status is: 'Cluster cleaning'
• On the second line:
• The status is: 'Milk cup flush'
• The status is: 'Blow empty milk'

Local rinse of the milk line is almost identical to local rinsing, except that
the delivery line to the tank is rinsed as well.
If there are several milking robots connected to one milk delivery line,
the rinsing of all the milk lines of the different robots starts
simultaneously.
