Loading of Lenze setting.
Corresponds to the device command C00002
= "0: Load Lenze setting".
This command serves to reset the parameters of the active application to the Lenze
setting stored in the firmware.

[6-5] Assignment of the data telegram (reading)
Writing to subindex 1
In addition to index and subindex, the telegram data must include the signature "load"
(ASCII characters; ISO 8859) to start the loading of the Lenze setting.
A response according to the specification DS301 V4.02 occurs when a wrong identifier
is used for writing.
