4.1.16 Enable controller
The device command C00002
= "42: Enable controller" serves to re-enable an inhibited
regenerative power supply module.

This device command can also be activated via the icon in the Toolbar.

Please note that the regenerative power supply module will only be enabled if all
sources for controller inhibit are reset!
