Display parameters for diagnostic purposes

.
C00150
(status word 1) displays the current device state in a bit-coded manner via
bits 8 ... 11:
4.2.1 State "Initialisation active"
This is the device state of the regenerative power supply module directly after switching
on the supply voltage.
In this device state the operating system is initialised.
The application is not processed yet.
The monitoring mode is not active yet.
Communication is not possible yet.
The regenerative power supply module cannot be parameterised yet and no device
commands can be executed.
When the device initialisation is completed, the device state is automatically changed
to "Device is ready to switch on".
