Identifier setting for SDO server channel 2.
The server SDO parameter is only valid if bit 31 is set to "0" for both transmission
directions (subindexes 1 and 2).
In the Lenze setting, the SDO server channels 2 ... 10 are deactivated (bit 31 = "1").
An identifier can only be changed if the SDO is not valid (bit 31 = "1").
[6-10] Assignment of the data telegram
Procedure for changing the identifier:
1. Deactivate the identifier (set bit 31 to "1").
2. Change the identifier.
3. Activate the identifier (set bit 31 to "0").
