1. Introduction
The McHale Fusion 2 round baler wrapper combination is a completely new
product. This product combines the baling process with the wrapping process all in
one machine. The design has been carried out on the basis of long term constant
research and development in the field of round bale wrappers and round balers.
The following service manual has been compiled from feedback received from
service personnel and importers who have worked on and serviced the machine in
the field.
As a result this manual provides information on the electronic systems (section 11)
and hydraulic systems (section 12) used on the machine. It also provides general
information in relation to machine maintenance (section 10) and also give a
service technician guidelines with regard to trouble shooting problems (section
14).
It is important that everybody who services and supports this machine in the field
reads and understands this manual before conducting tests or replacing parts
on the machine.
If any of the instructions appear unclear do not hesitate to contact your McHale
supplier. It is vital to replace defective parts of the machine immediately and to
use only genuine McHale spare parts, as these are designed and manufactured to
the same standard as the original machine obtained from your McHale Supplier .
