Issue 1: 0208
1. If there is a pressure drop firstly check for any leaks, loose hoses or any oil
under the machine.
2. If this does not solve the problem tighten in the relief valve used on the top door
density valve using a 19 mm torque spanner set to 55 Nm. Repeat pressure
drop test.
3. If the problem still exists change the copper washer (CVA00270) in the relief
valve used on the door density valve.
- open and remove relief valve cartridge.
- remove the spring, plunger and plunger housing from the valve.
- remove copper washer and replace with new copper washer supplied
- reassemble with new copper washer.
- tighten the relief valve using a 19 mm torque spanner set to 55 Nm
