10.5.1: Grease dispenser springs
Grease the four dispenser springs.
When the Fusion is not in use always leave dispensers closed; in this position
there is least pressure on the springs.

10.5 Check dispensers for tack/ glue build up & clean if
necessary
Over time a layer of tack can build up on the aluminium rollers, the rollers should be
inspected every service. If tack has built up on them the following procedure should
be followed:
1. Position the dispensers in the centre horizontal position on the ring where they
can both be accessed.
2. Apply kerosene or diesel oil to the rollers using a soft brush. Leave this on the
rollers for 3-5 minutes.
3. Power wash down the rollers using warm water. Avoid directing the high
pressure water directly at the bearings on the end of the rollers.
