10.5.2: Clean cut and tie rails
10.5.3: Check the cut and tie bearing alignments and
inspect for damage
Inspect and adjust if necessary .
1. Loosen off oil hose and
drain off the oil. Be very
careful when removing the
hose as it is under
accumulator pressure.
When loosening off the
hose ensure to do it very
slowly so that the pressure
is released gradually.
2. Loosen and
remove nut.
3. Pull out cut and tie and
clean.
4. Push back cut and tie
and secure it to the
ram using the bolt
previously removed.
5. Reconnect hose
previously removed.
6. Accumulator will prime
automatically on next
cycle.
Cut and tie rail.
Loosen and
remove nut.
Loosen off
oil hose
and drain
off the oil.
