10.2.35 Remove Foreign Objects From Electrical Shelf
Over the Control Valve
Remove grass and any
other material from the
electrical shelf.
Blow off any dust, dirt
etc. from the shelf.
Check all wires and con-
nections for damage or
faulty connections.
10.5.10 Start of season machine preparation
 Check and fill gear box oil level if necessary, see section 7.0.
 Lubricate all pivot points.
 Tighten all bolts, nuts and setscrews, refer to section 15.4 for tightening torque
values.
 Check air pressure of all tyres in line with section 7.10.
 Connect control box and inspect for the correct operation of all functions, see
section 11.2.
 Inspect and modify, if necessary, all machine adjustments as per section 9.13.
 Check net wrapping adjustments and inspect net knife for sharpness, ensure
to wear protective clothing whenever working in this area! See section 7.3 for
care of net wrapping device, follow instructions and carry out procedure as per
section 7.3.
 Remove the grease from the netter knife.
 Check the lights.
 Check the brakes.
