Pick Up Reel:
Replace cam bearings 10-3
Check key and key way on pick-up reel sprockets 10-3
Check chain tensioners/ tighten all chains 10-4
Check for broken magnets on the knives. 10-5
Ensure all oiler & grease pipes are not damaged 10-5
Check roll pins, bolts on the knife holder brackets 10-6
Check spiral pins on tine bars 10-7
Check spur gears 10-8
Replace bearing on pick-up reel shaft and fit
protector plate.

Check left/ right auger 10-9
Replace the drive side rotor bearings 10-10
Hydraulic:
Check density pressure clock 10-11
General:
Replace nilos ring 10-12
Check bolts on chamber door hinges 10-13
Remove top chamber door panels & blow out 10-14
Check brake pads on dispenser ring 10-15
Procedure for replacing ring brake pads 10-16
Lubricate wrapper roller chains 10-17
Check dispensers for tack build up 10-18
Grease dispenser springs 10-18
Clean cut and tie rails 10-19
Check cut and tie bearing alignment 10-19
Clean and oil all chains and grease all bearings 10-20
Apply grease to the netter knife 10-20
Apply grease to all exposed ram rods and threads 10-20
Clean and lubricate the rollers in the bale chamber 10-20
Apply oil to the knives in the knife unit 10-20
Change the gearbox oil 10-20
