Only the selection of “4 steps comparator
mode”, set value display interlocks with
Digi−switch.
According to the paragraph 9−6−6, 9−6−9,
9−6−10 and 9−6−11, check and/or change
comparator operation, comparator comparative
target should be made.
According to the paragraph 7−2−5, 9−6−11,
setting for hysteresis should be made.
Connect securely according to the
paragraph 4−3−3, 7−1−2 and 9−6−3.
Following causes can be considered.

Failure in contact, and open collector by
using other than the rated capacity of each of
them.
Contact capacity AC125 V 0.1 A or
DC30 V 0.5 A
Open collector capacity DC30 V 30 mA

Failure on customer’s input circuit.
Confirm the contact output signal and open
collector output signal in the Check Mode in
the paragraph 7−14.
Inform Minebea about the contents of
failure and situation at site in details.
