7−15. Monitor mode
In Monitor mode, present load applied on strain gage applied transducer can be calculated into
mV/V and displays the value as well.
Suppose the output for load cell applied is unknown, apply actual load and then read out the
output of load cell when initial load is applied and when maximum load is applied as well by using
this function, then make calibration based on the value.
● In Monitor mode, display value is a reference value. Display accuracy
is 0.5 % approximately.
● In Monitor mode, the range which can be monitored is between
−3.5 ～ +3.5 mV/V approximately.
● When the key is pressed, started from the “FUNC” display for
load, the display will change as below arrow marks indicate by
pressing the key in every time. However, “VCAL” and
“VADJST” will display only when optional analog output is
installed.
“FUNC” → “CCAL” → “CHECK” → “MONIT” → “VCAL”
→ “VADJST” → “FUNC” → “CCAL”
