5−3. Selection of calibration procedures on each condition.
The instrument prepares following calibration procedures as shown in the paragraph 5−2., here
we will show the conditions to execute actual calibration.
(1)
To make calibration on the instrument newly.
(Combined inspection at Minebea is not executed.)
・ When loading condition and output condition for load cell are clear
(In case of desired accuracy is less than 1/1 000 or so.)
・ When loading condition and output condition for load cell are clear
(In case of desired accuracy is more than 1/1 000 or so.)
・ Loading condition is clear, but output condition for load cell is unclear.
(2)
To make calibration again.
・ To make calibration on tare weight only.
(Combined inspection is executed at Minebea, and calibration is desired only for tare
weight.)
・ To execute fine adjustment on Zero and Span.
