7−11. CHECK value
In Measurement mode, when the key is pressed, appropriate to 0.3 mV/V(approx.) check value
will be ON, and at the same time when the “CHECK” on the status display lights, appropriate to
0.3 mV/V(approx.) load value will be added to the load display value.
By pressing the key again, check value will be OFF, then returns to the status as it was.
Besides, when check value is ON, RUN contact output will be open and status display “RUN” puts
off, optional output will keep on outputting as in the Measurement mode as well.
7−12. Short at the input of strain gage applied transducers.
The instrument prepares the function to short between the input of B and D at internal strain gage
applied transducer. “ON”, “OFF” for short will be changed in the Function FUNC−56.
Warning ● During measurement be sure to set the short OFF after setting the
FUNC−56 to show “000000”. If you neglect, correct measured result
will not be obtained.
● When shortening the strain gage applied transducer with the
function, take off the B wire and D wire connected with the
instrument.
If you don’t take them off, load display will not show near zero “0”
due to the contact resistance of internal analog switch.
7−13. Recording location for setting data and so on.
The instrument can record each data to RAM and EEPROM as follows:
Since the EEPROM is nonvolatile, it will be stored almost indefinitely. On the other hand, RAM is
backed−up by battery. Back−up time is 10 years approximately.
