7−9. Zero set
The instrument prepares zero set function.
When the display value on the load display is less than 10 % against the maximum display
value(Refer to the section 5.), the display will become “0” compulsively due to zero set function
when the key is pressed with the key pressed together.
However, when total ±10 % of zero cancellation has executed with the zero set function already,
zero set will not accept any more(ERR−0 display). Moreover, same operation will be executed with
the external control input signal “ZERO”.
The cancellation for data which has zero compensated through zero set can be executed by the
Function FUNC−98.
When Tare (A/Z) is executed (A/Z display lights up), zero set will not
be accepted. “ERR−5” will be shown.
When zero set is desired to execute, execute after Tare cancellation
(A/Z OFF) has been completed.
7−10. Key lock
This instrument prepares lock function.
With the Function FUNC−06 key lock OFF when each digit setting 0, and key lock ON when
each digit setting 1. As for default, all are key lock OFF.
And the correspondence with each target of key lock and setting digit are as follows.

Moreover, when the key is locked, key lock for key will be cancelled only once after the
key is pressed for about more than 3 s with the key pressed together.
