A01 MULTI CPU ERROR 1101
Details
- The sequence program storing built-in RAM/program memory in the CPU module is faulty.
Remedy
- This suggests a CPU module hardware fault. Contact your nearest Mitsubishi
representative.
A01 MULTI CPU ERROR 1102
Details
- The work area RAM in the CPU module is faulty.
Remedy
- This suggests a CPU module hardware fault. Contact your nearest Mitsubishi
representative.
A01 MULTI CPU ERROR 1103
Details
- The device memory in the CPU module is faulty.
Remedy
