[DATA] key
Outputs SPC data to a data processor, etc., and stores the data in a memory card. It is also
used to switch languages.
• SPC data output
Connect the data processor to the SJ-301 beforehand. Also, set the function of the
[DATA] key for SPC data output.
If the [DATA] key is pressed after the parameter to be outputted has been displayed in
the upper part of the Home-Screen, SPC data output is performed.
The parameter to be outputted is displayed
in the upper part of the Home-Screen.
(Pressing the [DATA] key in this
state outputs SPC data of Ra value.)

TIP For information about SPC data output, refer to section 9.1, “SPC Output”.
• Measured profile data storage in a memory card
Insert a memory card in the SJ-301 beforehand. Also, set the function of the [DATA]
key to output data to the memory card.
Data is stored in the memory card when the [DATA] key is pressed.
TIP For information about data storage in a memory card, refer to chapter 8, “SAVE/
READ OF MEASUREMENTS, MEASUREMENT CONDITIONS AND STATISTICAL
DATA”.
• Language change
The language setup window is displayed in the touch panel by pressing the [POWER]
key while holding down the [DATA] key. Touch the [Enter] button after selecting a
language, then the desired language can be selected.

guage, Date, and Unit”.
