门联锁功能
DOOR INTERLOCK FUNCTION
对于操作面板上没有 [ 门联锁释放 ] 按钮的机床 For Machine without [Door Interlock Release] Button on
Operation Panel
释放门联锁功能后绝对必须打开门执行操作时，执行以下步骤。 When absolutely necessary to carry out operations with the
door open after releasing the door interlock function, perform
the following procedure.
1) 释放门联锁。 1) Release the door interlock.
a) 打开门。 a) Open the door.
手动门：
按下

[DOOR UNLOCK] ( 门解锁 ) 按钮打开门。
Manual door:

[DOOR UNLOCK] (Door Unlock) button
to open the door.
自动门：
指定 M82 （开门指令）或按选项软件 [ 自动门打开 ]。
Automatic door:
Specify the M82 (door open command) or press the
option soft-key [AUTO DOOR OPEN].
2 注意 2 NOTE
对于自动门规格机床，如果程序在执行 M82 后结束，不必进行
门打开操作。
With the automatic door specification machine, this door
opening operation is not necessary if the program has been
ended after the execution of M82.
b) 将门联锁钥匙开关置于 [ 解除 ] 位置。 b) Place the door interlock key-switch in the [RELEASE]
position.
[ 状态指示灯连锁解除闪烁 ] [Status indicator INTERLOCK RELEASED flashes]
[ 蜂鸣器鸣响 ] [Buzzer activated]
c) 执行所需操作。 c) Carry out the required operations.
< 手持式脉冲发生器 > <Handheld pulse handle operation box>
a) 打开门。 a) Open the door.
b) 将门联锁钥匙开关旋至 [ 解除 ] 设定。 b) Turn the door interlock key-switch to the [RELEASE]
setting.
c) 当操作操作面板时：把操作面板上的手持式脉冲发生器
选择开关旋至 设定，然后执行必要的操作。
c) When operating the operation panel: Turn the handheld
pulse handle selection switch on the operation panel to
the setting, and then carry out the necessary
operations.
当使用手持式脉冲发生器时：把操作面板上的手持式脉
冲发生器选择开关调到 设定，然后在按下手持式脉冲
发生器侧面上的 [ 门联锁释放 ] 按钮时执行必要的操作。
When using the handheld pulse handle operation box:
Turn the handheld pulse handle selection switch on the
operation panel to the setting, and then carry out the
necessary operations while pressing the [Door
Interlock Release] button on the side face of the
handheld pulse handle operation box.
2) 启动门联锁。 2) Activate the door interlock.
a) 将门联锁钥匙开关旋至 [ 平常 ] 设定。
[ 状态指示灯连锁解除熄灭 ]
a) Turn the door interlock key-switch to the [NORMAL]
setting.

2 注意 2 NOTE
1. 对于自动门规格机床，通过执行 M83 （门关闭指令）或按
下选项软键 [ 自动门关闭 ] 关闭门。
1. With the automatic door specification machine, close the
door by executing M83 (door close command) or by
pressing the option soft-key [AUTO DOOR CLOSE].
2. 如果程序从门关闭指令 (M83) 开始，则不必进行门关闭操
作。
2. This door closing operation is not necessary if the program
begins with the door close command (M83).
< 手持式脉冲发生器 > <Handheld pulse handle operation box>
a) 当使用手持式脉冲发生器时，释放 [ 门联锁释放 ] 按钮并
将操作面板上的手持式脉冲把手选择开关旋至 设定。
a) When using the handheld pulse handle operation box,
release the [Door Interlock Release] button and turn
the handheld pulse handle selection switch on the
operation panel to the setting.
b) 将门联锁钥匙开关旋至 [ 平常 ] 设定。 b) Turn the door interlock key-switch to the [NORMAL]
setting.
c) 关闭门。 c) Close the door.
