CHECKING DRAWINGS
根据图纸确定切削方法、步骤、刀具和切削余量（夹紧侧 / 切
削侧）。参见以下的检查点。
Determine the cutting method, procedures, tooling and cutting
allowance (clamping side/cutting side) according to the
diagrams. Refer to the checkpoints below.

2. 精度指示清楚无误。 2. The accuracy indication is clear.
3. 原材料的结构和材质清楚无误。 3. The raw material configurations and materials are clear.

accuracy.
5. 图纸中的所有尺寸和列表已经检查。 5. All the dimensions and listings in the diagrams have been
checked.
6. 切削顺序和切削条件满足工件材质和工件形状的要求。 6. The cutting order and cutting conditions are appropriate for
the workpiece material and workpiece shape.
7. 正确选择了切削刀具和可换刀尖。 7. Cutting tools and replaceable tool tips are selected
properly.
8. 切削过程满足工件材质和工件形状的要求。 8. The cutting process is appropriate for the workpiece
material and workpiece shape.
9. 夹紧工件的方式和夹具的设置都合适。 9. The method of clamping the workpiece and the setting of
the fixture are appropriate.
10. 部件不发生干涉。 10. Component interference will not occur.
