门联锁功能
DOOR INTERLOCK FUNCTION
2 注意 2 NOTE
1. 对于自动门规格机床，通过执行 M83 （门关闭指令）或按
下选项软键 [ 自动门关闭 ] 关闭门。
1. With the automatic door specification machine, close the
door by executing M83 (door close command) or by
pressing the option soft-key [AUTO DOOR CLOSE].
2. 如果程序从门关闭指令 (M83) 开始，则不必进行门关闭操
作。

2. This door closing operation is not necessary if the program
begins with the door close command (M83).

1. 按下手持式脉冲发生器上的 [ 门联锁释放 ] 按钮时，操作面板上的
按钮不能操作。
1. The buttons on the operation panel cannot be operated while the
[Door Interlock Release] button on the handheld pulse handle
operation box is pressed.
2. 在门联锁“ 释放 ”状态下完成所有步骤后，确保门联锁钥匙开关返回
[ 平常 ] 设置。
2. Upon completion of procedures performed with the door interlock
“ released ”, ensure the door interlock key-switch is returned to the
[NORMAL] setting.
3. 在门联锁“ 释放 ”状态下，门联锁钥匙开关旋至 [ 平常 ] 设定时，所
有机床操作停止。
3. All machine operations stop when the door interlock key-switch is
turned to the [NORMAL] setting while performing operations in the
door interlock “ released ” condition.
7-4 工装站门锁装置
Setup Station Door Lock Device
在以下条件下，工装站门需保持锁上。 The setup station door is kept locked under the following
conditions.
• 装夹指示灯点亮。 • Setup indicator is illuminated.
•APC循环期间 • During APC cycle
•APC手动操作期间 • During APC manual operation
•APC开闭门打开时（仅限带 APC 开闭门的机床） • When APC shutter is open (Only machines with an APC
shutter)
2 注意 2 NOTE
1. 在工装站门关闭时按下装夹按钮，检查工装站门已处在锁上状态后
，装夹指示灯点亮。
1. When the setup button is pressed while the setup station door is
closed, the setup indicator is illuminated after the state that the
setup station door has been locked is checked.
2. 若在工装站门未关闭时按下装夹按钮，则装夹指示灯不会点亮。 2. If the setup button is pressed while the setup station door is not
closed, the setup indicator does not get illuminated.
