2 注意 2 NOTE
1. 在门联锁“ 释放 ”状态下完成所有步骤后，确保门联锁钥匙开关返回
[ 平常 ] 设定。
1. Upon completion of procedures performed with the door interlock
“ released ”, ensure the door Interlock key-switch is returned to the
[NORMAL] setting.
2. 在门联锁“ 释放 ”状态下，门联锁钥匙开关旋至 [ 平常 ] 设定时，所
有机床操作停止。
2. All machine operations stop when the door Interlock key-switch is
turned to the [NORMAL] setting while performing operations in the
door interlock “ released ” condition.
3. 针对带手持式脉冲发生器的机床，当在门联锁解除状态下进行操作
时，若门联锁解除按钮释放，则所有机床操作停止。
3. With the handheld pulse handle operation box, if the door interlock
release button is released while carrying out operation with the
door interlock released, all machine operations stop.

门锁上时，即使在门联锁钥匙开关置于 [ 解除 ] 位置后按下 [ 门联锁释
放 ] 按钮，也不能释放门联锁功能。执行门联锁功能释放操作仅在门打
开，即门锁释放时有效。
While the door is locked, the door interlock function cannot be released
even if the [Door Interlock Release] button is pressed after placing
the door interlock key-switch in the [RELEASE] position. The door
interlock function release operation is valid only when it is carried out
while the door is open, that is while the door lock is released.
释放门联锁功能后绝对必须打开门执行操作时，执行以下步骤。 When absolutely necessary to carry out operations with the
door open after releasing the door interlock function, perform
the following procedure.
1) 释放门联锁。 1) Release the door interlock.
a) 打开门。 a) Open the door.

对于自动门规格机床，如果程序在执行 M82 后结束，不必进行
门打开操作。
With the automatic door specification machine, this door
opening operation is not necessary if the program has been
ended after the execution of M82.
b) 将门联锁钥匙开关旋至 [ 解除 ] 设定。 b) Turn the door interlock key-switch to the [RELEASE]
setting.
c) 当按下操作面板上的 [ 门联锁释放 ] 按钮或手持式脉冲
发生器侧面上的 [ 门联锁释放 ] 按钮时，执行操作。
c) Carry out operations while pressing the [Door Interlock
Release] button on the operation panel or the [Door
Interlock Release] button on the side face of the
handheld pulse handle operation box.

若在门联锁释放状态下执行操作时释放 [ 门联锁释放 ] 按钮，
所有机床操作停止。
If the [Door Interlock Release] button is released while
carrying out operation in the door interlock released state, all
machine operations stop.

a) 释放操作面板上的 [ 门联锁释放 ] 按钮或手持式脉冲发
生器侧面上的 [ 门联锁释放 ] 按钮。
