‘ 切削模式选择 ’屏幕 ‘ CUTTING MODE SELECTION ’ Screen
此屏幕用于选择切削模式，设置加工时速度优先或精度优先。
屏幕显示时按下

This screen is used to select the cutting mode, to give priority
to speed or accuracy in machining. When the

(HELP) key is
pressed while this screen is displayed, four kinds of cutting
mode are displayed.

使用 [R1.] 至 [R4.] 选择切削模式，然后按下 [ 执行 ]。 Select the cutting mode using [R1.] to [R4.], then press
[EXECUTE].
‘ 定时器 ’屏幕 ‘ TIMER ’ Screen
此屏幕用于检查或设置日期 / 时间、加工工件数、数控操作小
时数、节拍等。在屏幕的每个框内输入所需的时间。
This screen is used for checking or setting the date/time,
number of machined workpieces, NC operating hours, cycle
time, etc. Input required data in each field on the screen.
2 注意 2 NOTE
显示项目‘ 接通电源 ’显示电源打开的累计时间。此值不能更改。 The display item ‘ POWER ON ’ displays the accumulated time that the
power has been ON. This value cannot be changed.
‘ 待机 ’屏幕 ‘ POWER STANDBY ’ Screen
也可在屏幕上进行以下设置。 The following settings can be made on the screen.
•‘屏幕亮度 ’ • ‘ BRIGHTNESS LEVEL OF MONITOR ’
•‘屏幕 开 / 关 ’ •‘MONITOR ON/OFF’
•‘屏幕关闭时间 ’ • ‘ TIMER FOR TURNING MONITOR OFF ’
•‘机内照明待机时间 ’ • ‘ STANDBY TIMER FOR WORKLIGHT ’
•‘待机模式启动时间 1’、2 和 3 • ‘ TIME TO BE IN POWER STANDBY 1 ’, 2 and 3
2 注意 2 NOTE
当计时器设置为“0分钟后 ”，备用电源功能无效。 When the timer is set to “ 0 MINUTES LATER ”, the power standby
function is not effective.
<‘屏幕 开 / 关 ’> <‘ MONITOR ON/OFF ’>
移动光标可打开 / 关闭屏幕背景灯。 The screen backlight can be turned ON/OFF by moving the
cursor.
<‘屏幕关闭时间 ’> <‘ TIMER FOR TURNING MONITOR OFF ’>
当机床在计时器设置时间内未运行，屏幕背景灯关闭（默认值
设置： 0 ‘ 分钟後 ’）。
When the machine is not operated within the time set with the
timer, the screen backlight is turned OFF (default setting: 0
‘ MINUTES LATER ’).
2 注意 2 NOTE
以下状态下，即使设置了计时器屏幕仍然打开。 Under the following conditions, the screen remains ON even if the
timer is set.
• 显示警告屏幕时 • While a warning screen is displayed
• 紧急停止状态时 • In the emergency stop status
• 产生报警时 • While an alarm is being generated
• 释放门联锁时 • While the door interlock is released
<‘机内照明待机时间 ’> <‘ STANDBY TIMER FOR WORKLIGHT ’>
当机床在计时器设置时间内未运行时，机床内工作灯关闭（默
认值设置： 10 ‘ 分钟後 ’）。
When the machine is not operated within the time set with the
timer, the in-machine worklight is turned OFF (default setting:
10 ‘ MINUTES LATER ’).
