1. 对于手动操作，即使快速进给倍率设置为 100% ，但实际倍率

set to 100% the actual override value is fixed at 50%.

When the [OVERRIDE] (Feedrate Override) switch is placed in
the “ 0 ” position, the axis is not fed even when an axis feed button
is pressed.
