将刀具从主轴上拆下 Removing a Tool from the Spindle
1) 将门联锁钥匙开关置于 [ 平常 ] 位置。 1) Set the door interlock key-switch in the [NORMAL]
position.
2) 将操作选择钥匙开关旋至

2) Turn the operation selection key-switch to

3) 如果通过从刀库至主轴转移刀具来拆下刀具，则用以下步骤
将待拆下的刀具调入主轴。如果直接从主轴上拆下工具，则
至步骤 4)
3) If removing a tool by transferring the tool from the magazine
to the spindle, call the tool to be removed to the spindle by
using the following procedure. If removing a tool directly
from the spindle, go to the step 4)
a) 显示‘PROGRAM (MDI)’屏幕。 a) Display the ‘ PROGRAM (MDI) ’ screen.

6) 在加工室内用手握住刀具并按下 [ 刀具松开 ] 按钮。 6) Hold the tool with your hand and press the [Tool Unclamp]
button in the machining chamber.

7) 拆下刀具后，按下加工室中的 [ 刀具夹紧 ] 按钮。 7) After removing the tool, press the [Tool Clamp] button in
the machining chamber.
7 小心 7 CAUTION
手动将切削刀具从主轴上拆下时，在松开切削刀具时确保其
已正确支撑。同时也要小心不要将切削刀具落入机床中。
When removing a cutting tool from the spindle
manually, make sure that it is properly supported
before unclamping it. Also be careful not to drop the
cutting tool inside the machine.
