根据要加工的图形在合适的程序块中更改 G10.6 指定的缩回位
置。当指定缩回位置时,特别注意刀具路径以及刀具与工件之
间的干涉。
[ 干涉、损坏 ]
Change the retraction position specified by 10.6 in an
appropriate block according to the figure to be machined.
Be careful of the tool path and interference between the
tool and workpiece when specifying the retraction
position.
[Interference, Damage]
按下 [ 刀具退回 ] 软键时,设置刀具要移动到的“ 缩回位置 ”。 Set “ the retraction position ” where the tool moves to when the
[TOOL RETRACT] soft-key is pressed.
2 注意 2 NOTE
在绝对模式中指定缩回位置后,如果改变初始、预设或工件基准点偏移
值,则该改变不影响缩回位置。做出这些改变后,再次用 G10.6 指定缩
回位置。
If the origin, presetting, or workpiece reference point offset value is
changed after the retraction position is specified in the absolute mode,
the change is not reflected in the retraction position. After such
changes are made, specify the retraction position with G10.6 again.

Tool Retract and Recover Operation
当在手动手动操作中沿轴运动刀具时,数控存储器最多可以存
储十条运动路径。在完成如刀具更换或检查加工状态等必要操
作后,刀具向后移动到退回路径并返回缩回位置。
When the tool is moved in manual operation along an axis, the
NC memorizes up to ten paths of movements. After completing
necessary operations such as tool change or checking the
machining status, the tool moves the withdrawal paths
backward and returns to the retraction position.
退回刀具 Withdrawing the Tool
1. 自动运行期间按下操作面板上的 [ 刀具退回 ] 软键,自动运
行停止或自动运行暂停。
1. Press the [TOOL RETRACT] soft-key on the option panel
during automatic operation, automatic operation stop, or
automatic operation suspended.
[ 刀具缩回模式有效并且 [ 刀具退回 ] 软键点亮。] [Tool retract mode is validated and the [TOOL RETRACT]
soft-key is illuminated.]
[ 自动运行期间,加工停止 ] [During automatic operation, machining is stopped]
[ 刀具移动到由 G10.6 设置的缩回位置 ] [The tool moves to the retraction position set by G10.6]
[ 缩回完成时, [ 刀具复位 ] 软键点亮 ] [On completion of retraction, the [TOOL RECOVER]
