7 小心 7 CAUTION
当给车加工规格机床的铣削刀具设定刀具偏移数据时,按
刀具补偿 屏幕上的软键 [TOOL TYPE] D [ 铣刀 ] 选择
刀具类型为 铣削 错误设定为 车加工 可能导致机床损
坏。

When setting the tool offset data for milling tools on
machines equipped with the turning specifications,
select the tool type Milling by pressing the soft-keys
[TOOL TYPE] D [MILLING] on the TOOL OFFSET
screen. Setting to Turn incorrectly may cause
damage to the machine.

Tool Radius Offset Data Setting
当使用铣刀等将工件精确加工至编程形状时,预先将刀具半径
注册为刀具半径偏移数据。刀具沿着刀具偏移路径移动,以正
确切削工件。
When using an end mill, etc. to precisely machine a workpiece
to the programmed shape, register the cutter radius in advance
as the tool radius offset data. The tool moves along the tool
path offset to cut the workpiece correctly.
1) 显示 刀具补偿 屏幕。 1) Display the TOOL OFFSET screen.
2) 将光标移动到要设定的刀具偏移编号的‘GEOM of TL DIA.

“1.”“1000”
On this screen, entry of 1 sets 0.001 mm. To set 1.000 mm,
enter “ 1. or “ 1000 .
