cutting sound and chip discharge conditions and coolant
supply condition.
b) 打开前门,测量并记录工件尺寸。 b) Open the front door to measure and record the
dimension of the workpiece.
2 注意 2 NOTE
1. 手动门类型:执行可选停 (M01) 指令停止程序后,门可
以被解锁并打开。
1. Manual Door Type: The door can be unlocked and opened
after the program has been stopped by executing an
optional stop (M01) command.
2. 自动门类型:执行可选停 (M01) 指令停止程序后,按下
选项软键 [ 自动门打开 ] ,可以打开门。
2. Automatic Door Type: The door can be opened by
pressing the option soft-key [AUTO DOOR OPEN] after
the program has been stopped by executing an optional
stop (M01) command.
3. 在打开前门前,使用模式选择按钮选择手动模式。 3. Before opening the front door, select a manual mode using
the mode selection button.
4. 若在程序结束位置没有输 M01 指令,则机床不会停止。
程序不能为了缩短循环时间而加 M01 指令。

If the measured workpiece height is 51.05 mm after
machining although it was programmed to 50 mm with
the H01 command (offset number 1).

(H) 磨损 项目。
1) Move the cursor to the WEAR item for the tool
offset number 1 TL LEN. OFFSET (H) .
