报警
状态指示灯点亮或闪烁，指示检测到了报警状
态。
点亮：
当出现程序错误（由操作错误引起的错误）时。
闪烁：
当出现机床错误（机床异常）时。
2 注意
如果出现报警，屏幕上显示相应的 PLC 报警信息。
ERROR (error)
This status indicator illuminates or flashes to
show an alarm state is detected.
Illuminated:
when a program error (error generated by
operational error) occurs.
Flashing:
when a machine error (machine abnormality)
occurs.
2 NOTE
If an alarm occurs, the corresponding PLC alarm
message is displayed on the screen.
ATC 复位
ATC 处于原位时，指示灯点亮。
ATC 原位表示：
1.
刀座向上运动 (‘刀套向上 ’)
2. ATC 臂处于原位 (‘ARM HOME POSITION’)
3. 刀具夹紧 (‘TOOL CLAMP’)
如果指示灯熄灭，不能使用 ATC 的自动刀具更
换循环，因为 ATC 不处于原位。
ATCHP (ATC home position)
This indicator is illuminated when the ATC is at
the home position.
The ATC home position means:
1.
Pot moving up motion (‘ POT UP ’)
2. ATC arm at home position (‘ ARM HOME
POSITION ’)
3. Tool clamp (‘ TOOL CLAMP ’ )
If this indicator is extinguished, automatic tool
change cycle using the ATC is impossible
because the ATC is off the home position.
APCHP (APC 原位 )
APC 处于原位时，指示灯点亮。
APCHP (APC home position)
This indicator is illuminated when the APC is at
the home position.
刀具夹紧
刀具在主轴上夹紧时，此指示灯点亮。
TCL (tool clamp)
This indicator is illuminated when the tool is
clamped by the spindle.
