NOTE 3: Although G.722 (Wide Band Codec) is not available for VoIPDB (PZ-64IPLC-A/PZ-
128IPLC-A), when only G.722 is set on the CODEC list, the CODEC is converted into
G.711. However, in this state, when the opposite office connected via IPT (P2P CCIS) is
also set to G.722 only, a call is not available because there is no available CODEC.
Therefore, set this data including the available CODEC (G.711 or G.729a).
