1. Log in to the Link-Live web site.
2. Open the left-side navigation drawer by
clicking the menu icon , and then select
Support > Software Downloads.
3. Locate and select the update file for your
unit (esnxg-ota-user.zip).
4. Save the update file to a PC.
Updating the System Software

1. From your PC, copy the .zip file to a Micro
SD card, and then insert the card into your
Product.
2. Power off your Product unit.
3. Press and hold the Volume Up button, and
then press the Power button. Continue to
hold the Volume Up button until the
Recovery screen appears. (You can release
the Volume Up button a few seconds after
this screen appears.)
4. In Recovery Mode, use the volume buttons
to highlight apply update from SD card,
