01. INTRODUCTION
The MG3000 Module Controller was developed to manage access control
in residential or commercial condominiums, connected to the Nice Brazil
receivers and devices, which can be of the Active Tag, Passive Tag, Remote
Control or Tactile Tag types, RFID Cards, Passwords and Biometrics.
User registration has di󰀨erent elds for identication, with 18 characters for
name, selection of 32 (pre-dened) brands of vehicle manufacturers and 32
other customizable ones, 16 colors (according to the Department of Tran-
sit’s description) and 7 alphanumeric characters for the license plate.
The MG3000 has several resources to assist in the security of the system
user’s property, such as:
- User panic, which can be triggered by means of RFID cards,
Remote Controls, Tactile Tags, Passwords and Biometrics;
- Wake up doorman function;
- Detection of double vehicle;
- Panic shared between condominiums (through external mana-
gement);
- Cloning Alert - an alert is issued whenever there is a
cloning attempt.
The alerts can be managed by the access o󰀩cer/administrator through
audible and visual means directly on the MG3000’s display, and can also
be expanded to networked computers, monitoring centers or other alarm
devices.
The MG3000 can, together with the device receivers, work in:
- Command mode of direct door or lock opening (by activating
the user’s device);
- Just indicate/signal to the access o󰀩cer who was the user who
performed the action, leaving the actual opening operation in charge of the
access o󰀩cer/administrator;
- Opening check by the access o󰀩cer only for an adjustable
time after the activation of the user’s device, increasing the security of the
system.
It is possible to control the number of parking spaces per user, linking one
parking space to each registered device when using a remote control as the
access device. In this operating mode, when occupying the parking space,
the user will not be able to activate the condominium entrance door again
without vacating the parking space using the same device to activate the
exit door. For more complex systems or where each user may have more
access devices than the available spaces, it is necessary to use a computer
with a specic access control program, developed by integrating partners
(consult our tech support team).
