NOTE: To use this function, we suggest the purchase of a TERMINAL BLOCK
MODULE.
The internal relay contained in the TERMINAL BLOCK MODULE is intended for
integration with monitored alarm panels. EXAMPLE:
*Event report generated through a PC with the Guarita IP Software.
The “Backup” function is used to copy the information stored in the “Internal Me-
mory” of the MG3000 to a ash drive. After making the copy, the ash drive
will have stored all the MG3000’s programming, including congurations, event
reports and registered devices. This data will be stored in the ash drive and
identied by date, time and the label congured in the option “SUPPORT”.
To perform the backup, with the ash drive connected to the MG3000, in the
basic menu, select the option “BACKUP”, then press “Conrm?”. Wait until the
device, event, conguration and biometrics records are copied. This process may
take a few minutes depending on the amount of information stored.
If the space on the ash drive is insu󰀩cient for storage of the backup, a failure
message will be displayed. In this case, remove the ash drive, free up space
on the device or replace it with another one with available space and redo the
backup procedure. A full backup of registered events and devices will be done
automatically every 8192 events occurred on the internal SD Card, or only de-
vices will also be backed up automatically, whenever the data in a register is
changed and the receivers are updated. NOTE: Use ash drive formatting FAT16
or FAT32.
