- Physical address (read only): or “MAC Address” of the Ethernet interface;
- Host: name (maximum 15 characters) for local network identication (Net-
BIOS);
- Enable DHCP: option to obtain IP addresses automatically, if the local network
has an active DHCP Server;
- IP address: unique address on the local network (IPv4 Protocol);
- Default gateway: hub (or router) address of the local network;
- Subnet mask: address for identication of the network segment;
- Preferred DNS server: address for remote host resolution;
- Alternative DNS server: alternative address for remote host resolution (op-
tional).
Displays and allows changing the primary and secondary TCP (and UDP)
communication of the MG3000.

Basic communication path, with TCP port operating only in “Server Mode”. In
“Server Mode”, the MG3000 awaits the connection of a TCP client (socket) to
carry out data trac.
