To check the hard disk and flash
memory free space
You can use the procedure below to check hard
disk and flash memory free space.

In the device selection area at the
bottom of the Storage Manager plug-in
screen, click the printer name to display
the resource screen of the selected
printer.

The screen shows storage, partitions,
directories, files, and other information
by communicating with the printer.
To delete unneeded jobs from the
hard disk
You can use the procedure below to delete print
jobs in a hard disk [Shared] partition.

Even after print data is secure printed or saved, its job
remains in the [Common] partition. Jobs use up hard disk
space and can cause it to run low if jobs are not deleted.

The Storage Manager plug-in cannot delete encrypted
secure print jobs.

Click [ ].

To view the print jobs of a particular
user, enter the applicable password, and
then click [Job password operations].
To view all print jobs, enter an
administrator password, and then click
[Administrator password operations].
The initial default administrator password is
999999.

Select the job you want to delete, and
then click [ ].

Click [OK].
