Extension PIN
Description Specifies the Personal Identification Number (PIN) of the extension.
This is
used to lock access to the call log and phonebook list. For details,
refer to the Operating Instructions on the Panasonic Web site (® see
Introduction).

Number Matching Lower Digit
Description Specifies the minimum number of digits with which to match a
phonebook entry with an incoming call's caller ID. To specify exact
matching of entire numbers only, specify "0".

4.6.6 Import Phonebook
This screen allows you to import phonebook data from a PC to the specified unit. For details, see 6.1.1 Import/
Export Operation.
Note
• If the existing phonebook data has an entry with the same name and phone number as an imported
entry, the imported entry is not added as a new entry.
• When you
begin transferring the phonebook data, the "Now Processing File Data" screen is displayed,
and the screen is periodically reloaded. Depending on your Web browser, the screen might not reload
