Relation between Power Supply and Input Pin Voltage
Input pin voltage should be supplied only after power supply is on. Failure to the sequence can cause the destruc-
tion of the LSI because of the large current.

After the LSI turns on, input the sufficient reset pin voltage to be recognized as the reset signal.
